Paul Rupprecht has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in office, warehouse and retail leasing.  He currently manages the retail leasing efforts for Realty Marketing Group.  Paul is also responsible for leasing more than 3.5 million square feet of space in the Greater Des Moines area.

Paul has assisted over 100 corporations to successful lease transactions.  He has completed various “request for proposals” and presentations to both local and national companies to find creative solutions to accommodate their space needs.
